Day 1

After picking you up from your hotel in the morning, we will journey to Tarangire National Park, where you'll be captivated by the colossal termite mounds and ancient baobab trees that dot the landscape. The park's picturesque scenery and diverse birdlife create a tranquil ambiance that is perfect for wildlife viewing. One of the most remarkable sights is the park's large elephant population. These magnificent creatures, the largest land mammals, can weigh up to seven tons.

Tarangire's varied wildlife also includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongoose, buffaloes, and baboons. As your game drive concludes, your guide will escort you to your lodge, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing end to an exhilarating day.

Day 2

Begin your day with an appetising breakfast at the camp before setting off on a scenic drive to Serengeti National Park. The route takes you near the Ngorongoro Crater, offering potential game-spotting opportunities along the way. The endless golden savannah, interspersed with vibrant vegetation and diverse wildlife, vividly illustrates why the Serengeti is celebrated as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.

You'll pause for a picnic lunch atop a kopje, a small hill amidst the vast flatlands, before continuing with a leisurely game drive further into the Serengeti. As the day winds down, you'll arrive at Tukaone Serengeti Camp, where you'll enjoy comprehensive lodge facilities and a peaceful night's rest.

Day 4

Departing early in the morning, you'll head to the Ngorongoro Crater, an ideal time for game spotting. Your journey includes a game drive enroute from the Serengeti to the crater. The crater's unique elevated structure houses the majority of its wildlife, offering a high chance of encountering every member of the "Big 5": the formidable lion, the massive elephant, the elusive leopard, the sturdy rhino, and the powerful buffalo.

Formed millions of years ago by a volcanic eruption, the crater is a haven for diverse wildlife. Expect to see zebra, hippo, wildebeest, and cackling hyena, along with graceful flamingos along the soda lake and vultures soaring overhead in search of carcasses. Waterbirds like storks and geese are also commonly seen.

After a fulfilling game drive and a lunch break, we'll ascend from the crater floor and proceed to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

This remarkable park, one of Tanzania’s most dramatically situated wildlife areas, features a vast yet shallow soda lake covering two-thirds of the park, nestled at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s Western escarpment.

Its diverse habitats draw a wide range of animals, including one of Africa’s largest elephant populations and Manyara’s renowned tree-climbing lions. Additionally, large flocks of flamingos are attracted by the lake’s algae.

Manyara offers various activities such as a walking safari with an armed ranger, canoeing on the lake, and a night game drive (available at an extra cost). After an exhilarating game drive, you will be transferred back to Arusha for drop-off.
